Bridge Forensic Logic is the real-world service line founded by Robert E. Branin. It provides forensic continuity audits, continuity research, and worldbuilding consulting to external creators, studios, and publishing clients.

The practice applies the discipline of forensic methodology to the analysis of documents. The work is not investigative in the traditional sense. It is documentary. It examines what records exist, what they say, what they omit, and what the gaps between them reveal. Every engagement begins with the same question: what does the record actually show — and what does its silence conceal?

The methodology was developed and proven through the Bridge Universe, a continuity-first transmedia project with documented canon governance, editorial provenance, and narrative architecture spanning thousands of pages of canonical material.

That corpus was not a demonstration built to advertise a service. It was a working body of material that required a governance system in order to remain coherent as it grew. The rules that emerged — single-source authority, strict provenance, flag rather than fix, smallest sufficient revision — were adopted because the corpus could not hold together without them.

The same rules apply to client engagements of any scale. The methodology draws on archival science, evidentiary reasoning, and structured chronology analysis.

Continuity is not a feature added at the end of creative work. It is an architectural discipline applied from the first document forward.

Most continuity failures are not authored. They accumulate. A name shifts, a date moves, a relationship is described two ways in two documents written eighteen months apart, and no single decision caused the contradiction. By the time the corpus is large enough for the problem to matter, it is also large enough that no one can hold it in mind.
