Development History
The documented history of the project's development — decisions, revisions, and the evolution of the universe over time.
Development History is the project's record of its own change. It documents what was decided, when, and why, so that the current state of the universe can be explained rather than merely asserted. Superseded material is retained and marked superseded rather than deleted.
